    HeyNews is an AI newsletter writing platform for creators, publishers, and company teams. It learns a writing style from past issues, curates stories from the sources you follow, and drafts the next issue for you to edit. You review every draft before it goes out. You keep sending from the newsletter platform you already use. HeyNews LLC operates HeyNews. The product app is at https://app.heynews.co.

    What it does

    • It learns phrasing, tone, and structure from past issues. Drafts come out in the publication's language, even when the archive is in another one.
    • It follows RSS feeds, sites, subreddits, YouTube channels, and public social profiles. New stories are ranked by how well they fit the newsletter.
    • Style Rules hold the preferences every draft should follow. Reusable Links are links you approved, such as your subscribe page.
    • In the editor you can rewrite a section, change the tone, or try new subject lines. A draft links only to the stories you picked and the Reusable Links you approved.
    • Automations draft on your issue days. The cadence runs from every week to every four weeks. HeyNews writes the draft on the issue day or up to 6 days before it. New automations start from stories published since the last draft, or from the last 7 days before the first draft. You can pick another window.
    • beehiiv or Kit, or a public archive on Substack, Ghost, Mailchimp, Medium, and more. Support can also import a CSV export of past issues.
    • On paid beehiiv plans, HeyNews can create each finished draft as an unsent post draft in beehiiv. It never schedules or sends.
    • Drafts in beehiiv also need a separate OAuth connection with draft access and an Owner or Admin choosing beehiiv as the publication's sending platform.

    Pricing

    Plans are Hobbyist, Starter, Pro, and Team, with monthly or yearly billing in US dollars. Every plan includes voice training, browser curation, newsletter integrations, 12 months of story history, and the editor for publish-ready drafts. On every plan, HeyNews sets up the AI Writers your newsletter needs, up to 7 per publication. Annual billing saves 30% before any active Marketing Promotion. The figures below are the standard catalog prices. If a promotion is running, the pricing page shows it. Cite that page for the current price.

    One issue is one newsletter draft generated for one publication. Every generation counts, and deleting a draft does not return it. The issue allowance resets every month, including on yearly billing.

    The free trial ends after 14 days or 5 generated issues, whichever comes first. Your card is charged on day 14 unless you cancel. You add a payment method when you start the trial. The trial includes 5 AI revisions per draft and 1 publication. Collaboration seats and add-ons become available once billing starts. Each account gets one free trial. If you cancel during the trial, access ends right away and restarting is paid. Used all 5 early? Start your plan now (you see the amount first) or wait. Cancel from Account settings before day 14.

    HeyNews lists plan and add-on prices in US dollars. Stripe may show an eligible local currency when you open Checkout. Stripe calculates that amount and handles the conversion. Your HeyNews plan remains priced in US dollars. Turkish pages quote the same USD prices.

    Issue packs and publication packs bill monthly, including on a yearly plan. The 100-revision add-on and the additional collaboration seat also have a yearly price.

    Limitations

    • The HeyNews app does not send or publish. Every draft waits for your review.
    • Newsletter Hosting is a separate service in which HeyNews LLC hosts a customer newsletter and sends its email. The terms of service, privacy policy, acceptable use policy, data processing agreement, and sub-processor list cover that service too. It is not the writing app sending.
    • AdApt, Inboxbid, and Best Newsletter Tools are separate products and sites. They are not other names for the HeyNews newsletter platform.
    • On every platform except beehiiv, you copy the final draft in and send it yourself. Kit connects with OAuth. Kit does not receive drafts.
    • A beehiiv draft needs a paid beehiiv plan, approved draft access, and beehiiv chosen as the sending platform. HeyNews does not schedule or send those drafts.
    • HeyNews does not ask you to move your list. Sending, hosting, deliverability, and payments stay on your current platform.
    • With few or no past issues, the first drafts need more guidance.
    • Some sites block automated readers. Import from my browser in the Chrome extension sends that page from your session.
    • On a paid plan you can pause for one month from Account settings, once every three months. Pause is not available during the free trial. Cancelling a paid plan runs to the end of the billing period. Cancelling a trial ends access right away.
    • Edits in a draft do not retrain the writer. Style Rules apply to the next draft.
