Where the time actually goes

A typical issue is not one block of writing. It is source monitoring, story research, drafting, editing back into your own voice, and formatting. HeyNews trains on your archive and handles the repetitive parts, so your job shrinks to reviewing and sending. The founding team produced nearly 600 issues this way before opening the platform.

"Their AI service has saved me a significant amount of time in publishing my daily newsletter. I went from 1 hour per day to 5 minutes per day on creating the content and adding in ads."

Sandy Goldman, Founder and CEO, 65Nation

Frequently asked questions

It multiplies the issues you publish each month by the hours each one takes and by what your time is worth. That gives your monthly and annual production cost. There are no hidden benchmarks or invented savings: you set every number, and the result is plain multiplication.

No. Savings depend on your workflow, so the report gives you your current cost and the break-even bar instead: how many hours HeyNews would need to save you each month to cover the plan price. One customer, 65Nation, went from about an hour a day to roughly five minutes on daily content and ad insertion, but your archive and cadence will shape your own result.

HeyNews trains on your existing newsletter archive, monitors your sources, and produces drafts that sound like you wrote them. You review, edit, and send every issue yourself. HeyNews never publishes on its own.

The smallest plan whose issue allowance covers your monthly volume: Hobbyist up to 5 issues, Starter up to 15, Pro up to 45, and Team up to 90. Above 90 issues a month, it recommends Team plus issue packs.

Not necessarily. Voice training reads past issues, so the self-serve product fits a newsletter that already publishes. If you are starting a new newsletter, book a discovery call and we will talk through where HeyNews fits.

The trial runs 14 days or 5 generated issues, whichever comes first. You can connect your publication, train the Voice Profile on your archive, and test the full drafting workflow. A payment method is required at signup, and you can cancel anytime during the trial.

Your results come by email, so you have the full breakdown to keep and compare against later. The same address joins the HeyNews newsletter, and every issue has an unsubscribe link.
