Inboxbid and Best Newsletter Tools are separate products and sites owned and operated by HeyNews LLC, not alternate names for HeyNews. The team works from İzmir, Türkiye. The registered and mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Product: web app at https://app.heynews.co. Plans are Hobbyist, Starter, Pro, and Team, with monthly and yearly billing in USD. The 14-day free trial ends after 14 days or 5 generated issues, whichever comes first. Starting the trial requires a payment method. Your card is charged on day 14 unless you cancel. Turkish routes live under /tr and quote the same USD prices. Automations create drafts on a schedule: pick issue days and a cadence from every week to every four weeks, and HeyNews drafts on the issue day or up to 6 days before it. New automations start with stories published since the last draft, or from the last 7 days before the first draft; you can pick a rolling window or all available stories instead. With a paid beehiiv plan, approved draft access, and beehiiv as the sending platform, a standard automation can also create each draft in beehiiv as an unsent post draft. The HeyNews app never sends or publishes. Drafts are written in each publication's language; the app interface is in English or Turkish. Most Marketing Site pages below also answer with Markdown. Send `Accept: text/markdown` to a supported heynews.co page to receive a Markdown document instead of the HTML app shell. Legal pages return HTML, the Blog link goes to WordPress, and the sitemap, robots.txt, and .well-known resources keep their native formats. Integrations: HeyNews connects to beehiiv (API key) and Kit (OAuth) and imports past issues from public archives such as Substack, Ghost, Mailchimp, Medium, ActiveCampaign, and Campaign Monitor, or from a CSV export through a support-assisted import. On paid beehiiv plans, HeyNews can create each finished draft as an unsent post draft in beehiiv. It never schedules or sends.
