    Which newsletter platforms does HeyNews work with?

    HeyNews supports 11 platforms today: beehiiv, Kit, Substack, Mailchimp, Ghost, Medium, MailerLite, Buttondown, HubSpot Marketing Hub, WordPress, and LinkedIn newsletters. It connects directly to beehiiv and Kit; the others use public-archive imports for voice training. If your platform has a public web archive, HeyNews can usually learn from it even if it is not listed.

    Do I have to migrate my list?

    No. You keep your current platform for sending, hosting, deliverability, and payments. HeyNews helps with the work before send: finding stories, matching your voice, and drafting the issue.

    What if my platform is not listed?

    If your platform has a public archive, HeyNews can usually learn from those past issues. If it does not, you can still add past issues manually, but the first draft may need more guidance.

    Does HeyNews push drafts back to my platform?

    Not yet. Today the workflow is simple: HeyNews drafts, you review, then you copy the finished version into your newsletter platform and send it yourself.

    Can I switch platforms later and keep my writing style?

    Yes. Your writing style and sources live in HeyNews. If you move from Substack to beehiiv or Kit later, you do not have to start from scratch.
